The department of Administration is responsible for the management of all policies and procedures, set out by Council, concerning the daily operation of every municipal project. |

The Public Works department is accountable for all maintenance of municipal roads, municipal buildings and utilities. |

The Parks and Recreation department is in charge of the operation and maintenance of all municipal recreation facilities, as well as beautification of the Town. |

The Smooth Rock Falls Volunteer Fire Brigade is responsible for the Fire Protection within municipal boundaries. |
